Delivery Policy

Process of shipping

All our orders will be processed within 1-4 business working days depending on the delivery location. We do not offer same day and Sunday delivery, as processing requests may prevent us from shipping over the weekend. If there is any special request to deliver in lesser duration or on Sunday, we shall make endeavors but will not guarantee that we can fulfill such request. Shipping will be done by our appointed carrier services who shall deliver products in temperature-controlled vehicles. 

It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of the delivery address and we will have no liability or responsibility for any changes or differences in the address.

During product delivery, if the customer is not available in the address specified in the order, the products ordered by the customer will not be delivered to anywhere else.

It is mandatory to acknowledge the delivery with name and signature on the delivery note.

Single Order will not have split deliveries.

Places we Deliver

As standard, we deliver our products all over the UAE except for certain remote and unserviceable areas.  
If delivery is requested to remote or unserviceable areas, we reserve the right to deny the delivery or apply additional charges.

Delivery/Shipping Expected delivery time

Dubai, Abu Dhabi city and Sharjah – Delivery within 1-2 business Days
Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm al Quwain – Delivery within 2-3 business Days

Order Policy

Our daily order cut-off is 12 PM GST. Orders placed after 12 PM, will calculate as if the order were placed the following day.
For example where delivery time is 1 business day, if an order is placed on Tuesday before 12 PM GST, the order will arrive the following day, which is Wednesday. If an order is placed on Tuesday after 12 PM GST, the order will arrive the following business day, which is Thursday.

Sharjah: 50 AED
Ajman: 100 AED
Al-Ain: 100 AED
Ras Al Khaimah: 100 AED
Umm al Quwain: 100 AED
Fujairah: 100 AED

Adverse Conditions

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable circumstances. (E.g., Bad weather, Storm, Traffic restriction or any events outside of our direct control)
